The company is the controller and Vennia processes applicant data only to operate the agreed assessment and hiring process, for the duration of that service.

Data: contact details, quiz answers, recordings, transcripts, written work, AI prompts and answers, scores and feedback. Sub-processors: Lovable, OpenAI and the email provider.

Access is role-based, private recordings use time-limited links, consent is recorded and data can be deleted. Vennia reports a discovered personal data breach to the company within 48 hours. At the end, data is returned or deleted under the agreed retention policy.
