What if we have few applicants?
Vennia works best when you have enough applicants but too little time to choose. Fewer than 10? Book a demo and we will explore what works.
What about privacy?
Your company is the controller and Vennia the processor. A data processing agreement is included. Candidates give separate consents and can delete everything.
Can candidates cheat?
The live call responds to what the candidate says. The email is timed with paste disabled. Outside assistance cannot be completely prevented. In the AI task, AI is allowed.
Does it work in English?
Yes. Candidates choose Dutch or English.
How quickly can it go live?
Usually within a week after intake, including calibration.
What if a score is wrong?
Tell us whether each score matches your view. We use this to calibrate the process. A human reviews every score.
